Our custom and special order process allows you to create something meaningful and unique. Each request is carefully reviewed to understand your ideas, preferences, and expectations.

Because every project is different, production times may vary based on the complexity of the design, materials required, and our current production schedule.

At Lady C Collective, we take pride in creating unique pieces that celebrate your individual style. Whether you are requesting a recreation of one of our designs or a completely original creation, we are committed to crafting your order with exceptional care and attention to detail.

Special Orders

A Special Order is a request for an existing Lady C Collective design that is temporarily unavailable, out of stock, or requires additional materials to recreate.

 

Special Order Guidelines

• A deposit or full payment may be required before production begins.

• Production time varies depending on material availability and workload.

• We will provide an estimated completion date when your order is accepted.

• Special Orders may be cancelled before production begins for a full refund.

• Once production has started or materials have been specially ordered, cancellation requests may no longer be eligible for a refund.

 

Custom Orders

A Custom Order is a one-of-a-kind piece or a personalized modification created specifically for you.

 

Custom Orders may include personalized jewelry, custom apparel, business branding, digital artwork, music, memorial keepsakes, or other products created exclusively for the customer.

 

Custom Order Process

1. Consultation to discuss your ideas and requirements.

2. Design review and approval.

3. Quote and payment confirmation.

4. Production begins after approval and any required deposit has been received.

5. Completion and delivery or pickup.

 

Pricing & Deposits

Custom and Special Orders often require materials to be purchased specifically for your project.

 

For this reason:

• A deposit or full payment may be required before production begins.

• Deposits are applied toward the final purchase price.

• Production will not begin until payment requirements have been satisfied.

 

Changes to Your Order

Customers may request changes before production begins.

 

Once production has started, changes may not be possible or may result in additional charges depending on the stage of production.

 

Cancellations

 

Special Orders

Special Orders may be cancelled before production begins for a full refund.

 

Custom Orders

Because Custom Orders are created specifically for one customer, cancellations requested after production has begun are generally not eligible for a refund.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Custom-made and personalized products are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless an item arrives damaged or an error was made on our part.

Every item is handcrafted or carefully produced with pride and attention to detail. While slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products, these differences make each creation unique.
