Lady C Collective offers several convenient ways to complete your purchase, including online payment, Pay at Pickup, and approved layaway arrangements.

 

Online Payments

Complete your purchase securely through our online checkout using the payment options available at checkout.

 

Pay at Pickup

 

Prefer not to enter your credit or debit card information online? Place your order online and choose **Pay at Pickup** when available. Your order will be received and prepared for pickup, and you may pay by cash or card when you collect your item(s)

 

Pay at Pickup is available for approved local orders.

 

Layaway

​

Layaway is available for approved orders for up to six months.

 

To request layaway, complete the Layaway Request Form and list the item(s) you would like placed on layaway, including the requested product details and options.

 

Submitting a Layaway Request does not automatically create or guarantee a layaway agreement. Each request must be reviewed and approved by Lady C Collective.

 

Once approved, we will create your invoice and payment schedule. Your layaway becomes active when the required first payment has been received.

Your Layaway Request Form serves as the record of the merchandise included in the layaway, while your invoice and payment history serve as the record of payments received and the remaining balance.

​

All layaway balances must be paid in full before merchandise is released for pickup or delivery.

Custom & Special Orders

 

All Custom & Special Orders require a deposit before production begins.

 

Your proposal or invoice will clearly state:* the required deposit;* any approved installment or payment schedule; the remaining balance; and when the final payment is due. 

 

Production does not begin until the required deposit has been received.  Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun.

 

Gift Cards

 

Lady C Collective gift cards may be applied toward eligible purchases in accordance with the gift card terms.
