Our Custom & Special Orders experience is now available.


Whether you are looking for a personalized variation of an existing design or want to create something completely new, our request forms make it easier to share your vision with the Lady C Collective.


You can submit requests for:

How It Works


  1. Choose the creative area that best fits your request:

    • Lady C

    • Eloura

    • Phoenix Productions


  2. Complete the request form and tell us about your vision.


  3. Upload any photos, artwork, graphics, or inspiration files that will help us


  4. understand your request.


  5. Review and acknowledge the custom-order policies.


  6. Submit your request for review.


After we receive your request, we will review the details and contact you with the next steps.


Depending on the project, this may include a proposal, pricing, payment schedule, estimated completion timeline, and approval process.


Production begins after the required payment arrangements are completed.

Use the Custom & Special Order link in the website menu to get started.

Shopping Made Easy


A few tips for exploring our new website:

✨Create or Log In to Your Account; Click the account icon at the top of the website.


Note: If you had an account on our previous website, you will need to create a new account on this website. Your previous login information did not transfer to the new site.


Kindly follow the instruction below for New and Returning Customers





New Customers


Select Sign Up and create your account using:


  • Your email address and a password

  • Google

  • Facebook


Complete the security check, then click Sign Up.


You will see an optional checkbox asking whether you want a public profile. Leave it unchecked if you only want a private customer account for shopping, orders, rewards, and account management.


Confirm Your Email


After signing up, a 6-digit confirmation code will be sent to the email address you entered.


Enter the code to finish creating your account. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folder or select Resend Code.


Returning Customers


Click the account icon and select Log In.


Enter your email address and password, or continue with Google or Facebook.

Select Forgot Password if you need a password-reset link sent to your email.


Inside Your Account


Once logged in, you can access available customer features, including:


  • Account information

  • Saved addresses

  • Order history

  • Circle Points and rewards

  • Referral benefits
